The more information have about what you like and are thinking, the better our design we present to you will be. Having any information about your property such as a property plot and knowledge of underground utilities, will greatly help the process speed along.
In our first meeting, we will discuss what you want to do with your outdoor space. Large or small, having a great plan can save a lot of headaches and get the client exactly what they had in mind.
All of our initial consultation services are FREE! We want to help share our knowledge with you and help you with the direction of the vision for your property.
At this time we will give you an idea of what design costs may be associated with your project. We will also take measurements and request a copy of a property survey map/ plot plan (you received this with your closing documents). Based upon the size and scope of the project we will set a tentative timeline for the next phase(s) of your project. We may leave you with a little "homework" to complete such as visiting manufacturers websites or critically thinking about some of the options we came up with.
