Over seeding is also a common practice used in organic lawn care and IPM efforts. The ideology is based on structuring your lawn with such a dense and thick system of grass that it becomes very difficult for any weeds to set in.
Our power over seeding machines also cut through the thatch layers and deep into the grass roots. This allows for water, air and nutrients to reach the grass root system allowing the roots to thicken and strengthen resulting in thicker turf.
For a more economical option and just a "touch up" we do offer broad cast spreading of grass seed and specific turf fertilizers/root enzymes.
